Events will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Due to the popularity of these events, we encourage you to act promptly. Reservations may be made for individuals or for complete parties. Written confirmation of reservations will be sent to the person making the reservations. Because of the demand for these events, we regret that there can be no refunds; however, we do have a bad weather policy. In the event that snow or ice is a problem, a host may either continue or postpone the event at his or her discretion. If an event is postponed, the host should notify purchasers of the new date.
